You can temporarily pause your watering program for up to 24/48/72H using the rain delay mode available on the APP. Once set, it will retrieve the latest local weather forecast from the APP and delay watering based on your settings during rainy days.

Rain Delay
The smart timer can automatically detect the weather after being connected with the Phone APP. You can temporarily pause your watering program for up to 24/48/72H using the rain delay mode on the APP.

Question 1: Why does it not work?

Answer 1. The water pressure is too low, preventing the water valve from opening or closing properly;
Answer 2. Foreign objects have entered the interior, causing improper closure;
Answer 3. Check if the set timing task is accurate;
Answer 4. Ensure the rainy day delay is activated;
Answer 5. The battery may be insufficient;
Answer 6. Cannot be powered by rechargeable batteries due to insufficient voltage.

The voltage of a rechargeable battery is generally 1.2V, so two cells only provide 2.4V. This may lead to insufficient power supply. When the voltage drops below 2.5V, it will enter low battery protection mode, and the automatic program will not run.

The working water pressure is 0.05~0.8Mpa. The low-pressure valve may not open or close properly.

Question 2: Why does it not connect to Wifi or Bluetooth?

Answer 1. You may be using a 5G network instead of a 2.4G network; (Note: only connect with 2.4GHz WiFi)
Answer 2. A mixed frequency network of 5G and 2.4G may also cause connection issues; (Note: only connect with 2.4GHz WiFi)
Answer 3. The network environment, such as excessive distance; (Note: within 49.2ft)
Answer 4. Poor router performance or too many WIFI devices connected.
