Trade Terms (Incoterms)

Choose the incoterm that matches your import capabilities. We support all major international trade terms:

FOB — Free on Board

We deliver to major Chinese ports (Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou). You handle freight and insurance from there.

Your cost: FOB price + freight + insurance

CIF — Cost, Insurance, Freight

We cover freight and insurance to your destination port. Risk transfers to you once goods are loaded on the vessel.

Your cost: CIF price + import duties + taxes

DDP — Delivered Duty Paid

We handle everything — freight, insurance, customs clearance, and delivery directly to your door.

Your cost: DDP price (all-inclusive)

Express

5-10 Business Days

DHL / FedEx / UPS. Door-to-door service with customs clearance included. Ideal for sample orders under 50kg.

Approx: $25-80 per 0.5kg

Balanced

Air Freight

10-20 Business Days

Airport-to-airport or door-to-door. Suitable for orders between 50-500kg with time sensitivity.

Approx: $4-12 per kg

Sea Freight (LCL)

25-40 Business Days

Less-than-container load. Cost-effective for 500kg+ shipments. Consolidated at origin port.

Approx: $80-200 per CBM

Bulk Orders

Full Container (FCL)

25-45 Business Days

20FT or 40FT containers for 1-3+ ton orders. Dedicated container ensures no mixing with other shipments.

Approx: $1,500-4,500 per container

Order Processing Timeline

Day 1-2

Order Confirmation & Deposit

We confirm all order details, receive your 30% deposit, and schedule production start date.

Day 3-15

Production

Standard production takes 7-15 days. Customized or branded products may require 20-30 days.

Day 16-17

Quality Inspection

We conduct visual and functional QC inspection. For orders over $5,000, detailed photo report is provided for your review.

Day 17-18

Balance Payment

After your approval of inspection photos, please pay the remaining 70% balance.

Day 18-20

Packing & Shipping

Goods are packed per export standards and shipped. Tracking number provided within 24 hours of departure.

Day 20-45

Transit

Transit time varies by method chosen. We monitor shipment progress and provide updates throughout.

Day 25-50

Delivery

Goods arrive at your port (FOB/CIF) or doorstep (DDP). You receive all final documentation.

Peak Season Notice: During October to February (pre-Chinese New Year), production and shipping may take longer. We recommend placing orders 2-3 weeks earlier to avoid delays.

Packaging

Standard Export Packing: Strong cardboard boxes with foam, bubble wrap, or paper cushioning
Palletization: For larger shipments, goods stacked on wooden pallets and stretch-wrapped
Custom Branding: OEM products can use your brand boxes (MOQ may apply)
ISPM-15 Certified: Wood pallets meet international phytosanitary standards for global shipping

Documentation

Commercial Invoice: Full product details, quantities, unit prices, and total value
Packing List: Contents breakdown by carton and pallet
Bill of Lading (B/L): Ocean or air waybill for shipment tracking
Certificate of Origin: For customs clearance and preferential tariff rates
Product Test Reports: Available for electronics and regulated products upon request
