Free Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. The free shipping option will automatically be applied at checkout when your order meets the minimum requirement. The following conditions apply:
- Free shipping applies only to standard shipping within the United States
- The order total must be $50 or more after any discounts and before taxes
- Free shipping does not apply to oversized or heavy items, which may incur additional shipping charges
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel the free shipping offer at any time
International Shipping
We’re proud to ship our products to customers around the world. Please be aware of the following regarding international orders:
- International shipping rates vary depending on destination, weight, and package dimensions
- Delivery times may be longer than indicated due to customs clearance procedures
- Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees that may be imposed by their country’s regulations
- We are unable to mark international orders as “gifts” to avoid customs fees

Order Processing
Our team works diligently to process your order as quickly as possible:
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment verification
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may not be processed until the next business day
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
Tracking Your Order
We provide tracking information for all shipments:
- Tracking information will be sent to your email address once your order ships
- You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation
- If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact our customer service team
Shipping Restrictions
Please be aware of the following shipping restrictions:
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for certain product categories due to carrier restrictions
- Some products may have additional shipping restrictions or may not be available for shipping to certain regions
- For APO/FPO addresses, only USPS shipping is available, which may result in longer delivery times
- Certain hazardous materials cannot be shipped internationally or via air transport
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping:
- Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date
- For damaged packages, please take photos of the damaged box and contents before contacting us
- We will work with our shipping partners to locate lost packages or process replacements for damaged items
- Claims for lost or damaged packages must be initiated within 30 days of the shipping date
