While I am certain not everyone would find value in this thing, I love it. It’s not particularly comfortable to wear but I have found that I get used to it fairly quickly after putting it on each night. I’m told I’m snoring less (and I haven’t woken myself up snoring since trying it).

하루 착용해봄. 1,2 단계는 자극이 크지 않음. 3단계 부터 느껴짐. 저주파 치료 할때 처럼 약간의 따끔 거림. 4단계 부터는 심하게 느껴짐. 녹음을 안해서 조만간 자기전 녹음을 할 예정. 배송빠르고 제품 괜찮은듯.

Приложения мобильного к этому девайсу нет. Принцип работы не ясен. Из перевода понятно, что кожа не должна быть сухой. Нельзя заряжать прибор более 2-х часов.
Пару раз просыпался на короткое время от ощущения электрического микроразряда в область шеи под подбородком, видимо в этом и есть смысл работы прибора. возможно с помощью этих электроразрядов запускается некий процесс или наоборот, они выводят из состояния апноэ.
В любом случае штука любопытная и похоже работает.

It works!I have been dealing with sleep apnea for a while, probably because of weight gain, and it has severely impaired my ability to get a healthy night’s sleep.
