Return Eligibility

- Products must be in their original condition with no signs of wear or use
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- You must have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email)
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used, including beauty products, intimate apparel, and food items. Please check product descriptions for specific return eligibility information.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Package Your Return
Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging along with the completed return form.
Ship Your Return
Use the prepaid return label if provided, or ship the package to our returns address.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, here’s what you can expect:
- We will inspect your return within 3-5 business days of receipt
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
Return Shipping Costs
Please be aware of the following regarding return shipping costs:
- For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- If you received a damaged or defective item, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost
- If we shipped you an incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost
- International returns may incur additional shipping fees and customs charges

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging if possible
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
- In some cases, we may not require you to return the damaged item
Late Returns
We understand that circumstances may sometimes prevent you from returning an item within our standard 30-day window:
- Returns between 31-60 days may be accepted with a 15% restocking fee
- Returns after 60 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- Special consideration may be given for extenuating circumstances
- Store credit may be offered in lieu of refunds for late returns
Holiday Returns
We offer an extended return policy for purchases made during the holiday season:
- Items purchased between November 1st and December 24th can be returned until January 31st of the following year
- All other standard return conditions apply
- Gift recipients may return items with a gift receipt or order number
